Resources for those in need

MHAOK reaffirms its commitment to ensuring all Oklahomans have access to the resources and services they need to thrive. Our goal is to, in collaboration with other extraordinary organizations throughout our state, create a safer, more compassionate community. If you or someone you know is in need of support, please know that there are experts eager to provide assistance.

Our Mental Health Assistance Center is available (by phone at 405.943.3700 or 918.585.1213 or our website) Monday – Friday during business hours. If you’re in immediate crisis, you can call or text 988 no matter the day or time and connect with a trained expert. The Trevor Project is a free resource for LGBTQ+ youth in need. Additionally, this website has a comprehensive list of resources for individuals in need.
