Peer Outreach Services

A Peer Support Program

This program, which is an extension of the Alumni Club, provides education, training, and employment opportunities for individuals in recovery from mental illness.

Peer employees help individuals affected by mental illness gain access to support services in the community, such as mental health treatment, transportation mediums, medical services, housing, utility assistance, food aid, child care, etc. The peer employees also educate and train service recipients on how to effectively access vital resources available within the community.
